Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted on the Sites was mistakenly taken down in response to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which you are located, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States District Court where fuckoff.now is located.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that are deemed repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is someone who has been the subject of multiple DMCA takedown notices.
